Payment Terms and Conditions;
You agree to comply with My guidelines, rules, and policies regarding the purchase of My things through the website. Besides, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the changes published on the platform. The payment terms and conditions will apply to purchase order(s) and payment(s) made between you and Me.
1. You agree;
1.1 You are not a Thai person or Thai people.
1.2 You are not a co-worker or co-workers of a Thai person or his co-worker(s) or Thai people or their co-worker(s).
1.3 You do not buy My thing instead of a person or people in 1.1 and/or 1.2.
1.4 If you violate these payment terms and conditions, I will not send My thing (or things) to you, I will not refund your money (I never approach and/or involve with the wicked. And I have a human right to choose to approach and/or to involve with other people. So, your money will be some of the compensations and interests for the violation of 1.1, 1.2, and/or 1.3), and/or after I will be at The Holy Home, Almighty will move My thing (or things) back to Me!
2. You agree to pay for My thing (or things) by transferring money to My bank account by a mobile phone application or at a bank. And you agree to send the money transfer slip to Me by using the system of My Website within 72 hours after you put My thing (or things) into your basket. If you transfer the money successfully but you do not send the money transfer slip to Me by using the system of My Website withing the 72 hours after you put My thing (or things) in your basket, I will not be responsible for anything under no circumstances whatsoever.
3. You agree to be responsible for all kinds of fees of the sending bank. But I am responsible for all kinds of fees of a receiving bank.
4. I will ship My thing (or things) to you as fast as I can after your payment is received in My account.
5. I am responsible for a delivery cost. But you agree to be responsible for all kinds of taxes of destination.
6. You agree not to exchange or return My thing (or things) which you successfully paid for under no circumstances whatsoever. However, if you violate 1, 1.1, 1.2, and/or 1.3, the conditions are up to 1.4.
